deadline.
There's the newsletter that sends whether or not the assets exist. The closing session that happens once. The report that needs images organised by panel, months later, when nobody remembers which day anything happened on.
We plan coverage around those, not around a shot list. Material is catalogued by session as it's captured rather than sorted afterwards, so daily assets can go out while the event is still running and the library still makes sense a year on.
