FAQs
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reaching out at least 2–3 weeks before your event. For large productions, 4–6 weeks gives us room to plan properly.
That said, we do accommodate urgent requests — just ask.
Do you travel for shoots?
Yes. We're based in Nairobi but regularly work across Kenya and East Africa.
International projects are welcome — just include travel and accommodation in the brief.
How long does editing take?
Turnaround depends on scope.
Full photo galleries are typically ready within 3–5 business days.
Full event highlight videos take 7–14 days.
Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
What do you need from me to get started?
Just a brief message about your event or project —
the date, what you need covered, a tentative agenda if its a structured event and any creative direction you have. We'll take it from there.
