01
The brief.
A five-day festival with parallel tracks, an international delegation, and a comms team publishing to a global audience in real time. Coverage couldn't wait for post — the festival's channels needed material the same day, every day, without losing the long-term record. Multi-track events punish thin planning: whatever isn't scheduled doesn't get shot, and whatever isn't logged can't be found when the report is due.
02
The approach.
We mapped the programme into a shot plan before day one — every track assigned, every keynote covered, no session left to chance. An on-site edit station turned the day's material into same-day recaps, so the comms team published while delegates were still in the building. Alongside the daily cycle, we built the permanent layer: a festival aftermovie and a 21-asset package of motion graphics and story pieces, all cut to the partnership's brand system and formatted for every channel it publishes on.

03
The outcome.
The festival stayed visible for all five days — not as an afterthought once editing finished, but live, as it happened. The 21-asset package kept working long after closing: campaign material, partner communications, and a motion library the team still draws on.
